Bar & Bat Mitzvah Party Planners
Kabe Magnolia Events understands how important it is when your child becomes a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. This momentous occasion is something you’ve been planning in your mind for as long as you can remember, and you want nothing more than a celebration that reflects how magical you’ve imagined this event to be. Our team at KME is dedicated to alleviating all the stress that comes along when planning a Bar or Bat Mitzvah and because our staff has experience collectively over three decades in the event planning industry, we’re able to offer our clients a personalized service that caterers to their individual needs and allows them to sit back, relax and relish in this remarkable occasion.
The Role of the Bar & Bat Mitzvah Party Planner
One question we often hear is, “do I need a party planner?” and in all honesty, not every client does. As a full service event planning company we like to assess the amount of time and energy that will go into creating a celebration, like a Bar/Bat Mitzvah and then share with our clients how they can benefit from our services. Producing an event while juggling the responsibilities that come along with being a parent, can create unneeded anxiety and stress. And when you consider the elements that go into planning a Bar or Bat Mitzvah like the theme, budget, venue, entertainment, decor, vendors, party favors, etc. it’s difficult not to become overwhelmed. Our role as party planners is to listen to your personal needs and build a planning package that is customized just for you.

Bar Mitzvah Planning Period
The Bar/Bat Mitzvah planning process takes time, therefore we highly recommend our clients beginning the planning process no later than 18 months out. That’s not to say we haven’t gotten our fair share of last minute calls from panicked parents that had the best intentions in mind, but became completely overwhelmed between, school, PTA, extracurricular activities and the daunting task of planning a fabulous event. KME has enough experience and contacts in the event planning industry, that in such cases, we can jump on board with as little as two months time and still pull off a seamless event!
